Grade 1 Warehouse Apartment
The brief was to create a modern, stylish yet comfortable space for this young family to call home in the UK and an entertaining space for family and friends.
Working closely with the Royal Albert Dock and English Heritage, this 1980s apartment was fully refurbished with new open plan living and kitchen space, walk in showers to both the main bathroom and master en-suite and concealed storage cupboards in the hall to emphasise space and clean lines.
Stylish & Comfortable
A gantry was designed to conceal the lighting system within the original steel roof ties and, after increasing the size of the en-suite, the shower makes use of a glass partition with the bedroom window allowing natural light into the space.
