In order to maintain our own exacting standards, Oliver will meet in-person with contractors before they begin and during the project. This allows us to ensure an accurate execution of the designs and to dovetail their services with other contractors on-site.
No, it is not necessary for you to be at the property all day, every day – unless of course you wish to be. Here at Oliver Steer, we strive to alleviate all the usual stress points of an interior architecture project by sourcing professional and reliable contractors that provide the level of site coordination our clients require. This may involve architects, contractors and resources in other professions, all of whom are overseen by Oliver himself.
